Vishal leads commercial & strategy at TARA. Previously, he was a General Partner at Mayfield Fund (~$3B VC fund) and has been a board member at 16 companies across life sciences, medical devices, digital health, consumer internet, ed-tech, and enterprise software. He holds an MA in Mathematical Economics and an MBA from Stanford University, and was designated a Fulbright Scholar.

Shashwat leads technology & operations at TARA. He started his career as a space engineer at the Institute of Space Systems (IRS) in Stuttgart, Germany. He is a serial entrepreneur, having founded and exited a consumer-tech company. He holds a B.Tech from IIT Bombay and was a Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst (DAAD) Fellow at the University of Stuttgart, Germany.

Monica leads product development at TARA, specializing in psychosocial science and design. An expert in behavioral health, she previously worked with the Government of Singapore. Monica holds a B.Psych and M.Psych from James Cook University.

Thomas co-leads scientific development at TARA and is one of the world's leading experts in AI for oncology. He is presently a Physician‑Scientist at UCSF; before UCSF, he was a Physician‑Scientist in neuro-oncology at Harvard Medical School, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, and Mass General Brigham. Thomas started his career as a software engineer at a tech startup before completing his MD at Kansas Medical Center.

Nancy is a leading expert in pharmacoepidemiology and medication adherence. She is presently a Physician‑Scientist at Harvard Medical School and Mass General Brigham. Nancy holds an MD from Penn Medicine and an MPH from Harvard University.

Julie is a leading expert in pharmacoepidemiology and implementation science. She is a Physician‑Scientist at Harvard Medical School and lead investigator at Brigham and Women's Hospital. Julie holds a PharmD from the University of Pittsburgh and a PhD from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC).
